| Abstract: | Pemuda memegang peran strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan global seperti krisis lingkungan dan perubahan sosial melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam kelompok kepemudaan. AIESEC di IPB University merupakan kelompok kepemudaan internasional yang menjadi wadah bagi pengembangan kepemimpinan dan kontribusi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kelompok, kinerja dan hubungan keduanya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, serta didukung oleh data kualitatif dari wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kelompok berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan struktur kelompok, pengembangan dan pemeliharaan kelompok, serta efektivitas kelompok menjadi dimensi yang paling tinggi. Kinerja juga tergolong tinggi, terutama dalam dimensi efektivitas, kualitas kerja, dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan terdapat lima dimensi dinamika kelompok yang berhubungan nyata atau sangat nyata dengan dimensi kinerja, yaitu tujuan kelompok, struktur kelompok, kekompakan kelompok, suasana kelompok dan maksud terselubung. Dimensi-dimensi ini berperan dalam memperkuat koordinasi, meningkatkan kerja sama, dan mendorong tanggung jawab individu. Youth play a strategic role in addressing global challenges such as environmental crises and social change through active participation in youth group. AIESEC in IPB University is an international youth group that serves as a platform for leadership development and social contribution. This study aims to analyze group dynamics, performance, and the relationship between the two within group. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through saturated sampling technique, and was supported by qualitative data obtained from in-depth interviews. The findings show that group dynamics are categorized as high, with group structure, group development and maintenance, and group effectiveness emerging as the strongest dimensions. Performance is also categorized as high, particularly in effectiveness, work quality, and timeliness. The Spearman correlation test indicates that five dimensions of group dynamics: group goals, group structure, group cohesion, group atmosphere, and hidden intentions, have significant or highly significant relationships with performance. These dimensions contribute to strengthening coordination, improving collaboration, and encouraging individual responsibility. |
