| dc.description.abstract | PT Sugiarto Jaya Mandiri Transport merupakan perusahaan pengangkutan alat berat di Kabupaten Bogor. Saat ini Perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan muncul nya masalah pada pengiriman yang mengakibatkan klaim dengan jumlah yang cukup besar serta mengakibatkan kerugian baik secara materil dan immateril. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko operasional, menganalisis tingkat risiko berdasarkan probabilitas dan dampaknya, serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi risiko di PT Sugiarto Jaya Mandiri Transport. Pendekatan penelitian berdasarkan SNI ISO 31000:2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, survei, kuesioner, dan tinjauan dokumen. Meto de Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) digunakan untuk menganalisis dan memprioritaskan risiko. Hasil identifikasi risiko menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 19 risiko operasional, yang mencakup lima aspek operasional yaitu (1) risiko proses, (2) risiko sumber daya manusia, (3) risiko sistem, (4) risiko insidental, dan (5) risiko bisnis. Risiko yang memiliki nilai di atas atau sama dengan nilai kritis yaitu 23,5 merupakan risiko yang memerlukan perhatian segera dan tindakan pengelolaan yang sangat hati-hati untuk menghindari kerugian yang lebih besar. Risiko tersebut adalah kerusakan armada pada saat proses pengiriman (R2) dengan nilai RPN 80, kecelakaan armada pada saat proses pengiriman (R4) dengan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) 100, karyawan yang tidak jujur (R9) dengan nilai RPN 75, bencana alam (R15) dengan nilai RPN 40, dan kemampuan dua mitra sebagai mitra terbesar perusahaan menurun dalam proses kerjasama (R19) dengan nilai RPN 80. Strategi penanganan risiko yang berdasarkan risiko yang dihadapi. Risiko kerusakan armada dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan sopir dan perawatan rutin, kecelakaan armada dapat ditangani dengan penerapan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) yang menstandarkan langkah-langkah kerja agar kegiatan dilakukan secara konsisten, aman, dan efisien. dan asuransi. | dc.description.abstract | PT Sugiarto Jaya Mandiri Transport is a heavy equipment transportation company in Bogor Regency. Currently, the Company is facing problems in delivery that result in a large number of claims and result in losses both materially and immaterially. This research aims to identify operational risks, analyze the level of risk based on probability and impact, and formulate risk mitigation strategies at PT Sugiarto Jaya Mandiri Transport. The research is based on SNI ISO 31000:2018. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through in-depth interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and document reviews. Meto de Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is used to analyze and prioritize risk. The results of the risk identification showed that there were 19 operational risks, which included five operational aspects, namely (1) process risk, (2) human resource risk, (3) system risk, (4) incidental risk, and (5) business risk. Risks that have a value above or equal to a critical value of 23.5 are risks that require immediate attention and very careful management actions to avoid greater losses. These risks are fleet damage during the delivery process (R2) with a value of RPN 80, fleet accidents during the delivery process(R4) with an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value of 100, dishonest employees (R9) with a value of RPN 75, natural disasters (R15) with a value of RPN 40, and skills of two partners as the company's largest partner decreased in the cooperation process (R19) with a value of RPN 80.
