| Abstract: | Makanan cepat saji (fast food) merupakan jenis makanan yang tinggi energi dan lemak, mudah dikemas, serta mudah disajikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan status gizi dengan kebiasaan konsumsi western fast food dan tradisional fast food pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Serang. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Subjek merupakan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kota Serang dan didapatkan dengan purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner, wawancara recall 2x24 jam dan Food Frequency Questioner (FFQ), pengukuran antropometri (berat badan dan tinggi badan). Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan uji hubungan antar dua variabel menggunakan metode chi-square. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel uang saku (p=0,021) dan pendapatan otang tua (p=0,001) dengan konsumsi western fast food. Namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pengetahuan gizi, status gizi, layanan delivery, layanan ojek online, dengan kebiasaan konsumsi fast food (p>0,05). Fast food is a type of food that is high in energy and fat, easy to package, and easy to serve. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and consumption habits of western fast food and traditional fast food in students of SMA Negeri 1 Serang. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The subjects were students of SMA Negeri 1 Serang City and were obtained by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires, 2x24-hour recall interviews and Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), anthropometric measurements (weight and height). Data analysis included descriptive analysis and testing the relationship between two variables using the chi-square method. There was a significant relationship between the variables of pocket money (p = 0.021) and parental income (p = 0.001) with consumption of western fast food. However, there was no significant relationship between the variables of nutritional knowledge, nutritional status, delivery services, online motorcycle taxi services, and fast food consumption habits (p> 0.05). |
