listrik bertegangan tinggi. Penerapan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) di lokasi
ini belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar Permenakertrans No. 04 Tahun 1980
terkait jumlah, jenis, penempatan, kondisi, dan pemeliharaan, sehingga
mengurangi efektivitas pencegahan kebakaran.
Pemetaan ulang
meningkatkan jumlah APAR dari 22 unit menjadi 56 unit, memastikan seluruh
area kerja terjangkau secara optimal sesuai standar Permenakertrans No. 04 Tahun
1980. Work safety is the main aspect in creating a work environment that is safe and free from threats, including the danger of fire. The Body Workshop work area has a high risk of fire due to the presence of flammable materials such as lubricants and gasoline, as well as high voltage electrical equipment. The application of Light Fire Extinguisher (APAR) at this location does not fully meet the standards of Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. 04 of 1980 regarding the number, type, placement, condition and maintenance, thereby reducing the effectiveness of fire prevention. This research uses a qualitative approach through field observations, interviews and literature study. The process of mapping the distribution of APARs is carried out using ArcGIS software to determine optimal distribution based on a protection radius of 15 meters, as regulated in safety standards. Suitability analysis includes evaluation of the number, type, condition, placement and maintenance of APAR. The research results show that the application of APAR in existing locations is categorized as very poor in terms of quantity and type, quite good for placement, good for condition and installation marks, and very good for maintenance. The remapping increases the number of APAR units from 22 units to 56 units, ensuring that all work areas are optimally accessible according to the standards of Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. 04 of 1980. |
