| dc.description.abstract | Makan di luar rumah menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat dengan berbagai aspek pertimbangan dalam memilih pangan terutama kepada masyarakat yang memiliki penyakit tidak menular. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan motivasi pemilihan pangan, pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang, dan tingkat kecukupan gizi pada konsumen di restoran Karimata Bogor. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan jumlah subjek 120 konsumen makan di restoran Karimata Bogor yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas subjek memilih pangan berdasarkan aspek kesehatan. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan gizi seimbang subjek 39 ± 15,76 yang termasuk kategori kurang. Rata-rata tingkat kecukupan protein dan lemak subjek cenderung berlebih, tetapi kecukupan karbohidrat tergolong defisit dan keceukupan energi tergolong cukup. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p-value<0,05) pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik gizi seimbang dengan aspek kesehatan pemilihan pangan, pengetahun gizi seimbang dengan aspek suasana hati pemilihan pangan, pengetahuan gizi seimbang dengan kecukupan protein dan lemak, praktik gizi seimbang dengan kecukupan lemak dan karbohidrat, serta status gizi dengan kecukupan protein. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The practice of eating outside has evolved into a way of life, with individuals considering various aspects when making food choices, particularly for those managing noncommunicable diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between food selection motivation, knowledge about balanced nutrition, and the level of nutritional adequacy of consumers at Karimata restaurant Bogor. The design of this study was cross-sectional with the number of subjects 120 consumers eating at Karimata restaurant Bogor selected by accidental sampling. The results showed that the majority of subjects chose food based on health aspects. The average score of balanced nutrition knowledge of the subjects was 39 ± 15.76 which was categorized as less. The average level of protein and fat adequacy of subjects tends to be excessive, but carbohydrate adequacy is classified as deficit and energy adequacy is sufficient. The results of correlation analysis showed a significant relationship (p-value <0.05) in knowledge, attitudes, and practices of balanced nutrition with health aspects of food selection, balanced nutrition knowledge with mood aspects of food selection, balanced nutrition knowledge with protein and fat adequacy, balanced nutrition practices with fat and carbohydrate adequacy, and nutritional status with protein adequacy. | - |
