Abstract: Pertumbuhan populasi sapi potong di Indonesia mengalami tren positif pada lima tahun terakhir. Mayoritas peternak sapi potong di Indonesia adalah peternak rakyat. Akan tetapi, peternakan rakyat memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam budidaya sapi potong. Kelompok ternak merupakan salah satu solusi mengatasi kekurangan peternak rakyat dengan mengadakan fasilitasi pelatihan, bantuan, kemitraan dan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan anggota Kelompok Tani Ternak (KTT) Lembu Joyo terhadap pelayanan yang dilakukan kelompok. Penelitian berlokasi di Desa Palon, Kecamatan Jepon, Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan anggota kelompok tani ternak lembu joyo sangat puas terhadap pelayanan kelompok dengan nilai CSI sebesar 78,58 persen. Adapun atribut yang harus diperhatikan oleh kelompok adalah atribut fasilitasi sarana dan prasarana. Dari hasil analisis, atribut tersebut dinilai penting oleh anggota tetapi kepuasannya belum terpenuhi secara maksimal. Kelompok diharapkan tetap berusaha menambah kinerja demi menambah kepuasan anggota.
Beef cattle population growth in Indonesia has shown a positive tren over the last five years. The majority of beef cattle farmers in Indonesia are smallholder farmers. However, smallholder farms face many challenges in cattle farming. Farmers groups serve as one solution to address these challenges by facilitating training, assistance, partnerships, and other forms of support. This study want to analyze the satisfaction of members of the Lembu Joyo Farmer Group with his services provided. The research was conducted in Palon Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency, Central Java. The analysis methods used in this research are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results indicate that average members of the Lembu Joyo Farmer Group were very satisfied with the group's services, with a CSI value of 78.58 percent. The attributes that require attention from the group is facilities and infrastructure atribute. According to the analysis, these attributes are important by members, but their satisfaction has a low score. The group administrators are encouraged to continue improving their performance to further increase member satisfaction.
