dc.description.abstractPosyandu memegang peran penting sebagai garda terdepan dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada bayi dan balita, terutama dalam upaya penanganan stunting. Optimalisasi fungsi dan kerja posyandu dapat dinilai dari tingkat kinerja kader posyandu. Kinerja dan dedikasi kader sangat menentukan pencapaian penurunan stunting. Salah satu yang memengaruhi kinerja tersebut adalah masalah iklim komunikasi di posyandu karena dapat berujung pada terhambatnya pencegahan stunting yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik kader posyandu terhadap kinerja posyandu serta menganalisis hubungan iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja posyandu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner terhadap 56 kader posyandu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara karakteristik kader posyandu dengan kinerja posyandu dalam upaya penanganan stunting pada indikator usia, pendidikan, dan tingkat pengetahuan. Selain itu, iklim komunikasi organisasi juga berhubungan dengan kinerja posyandu dalam upaya penanganan stunting pada indikator partisipasi dalam membuat keputusan, keterbukaan dan keterusterangan, serta tujuan kinerja yang tinggi.-
dc.description.abstractPosyandu plays a crucial role as the front line in providing health services to particularly in efforts to address stunting. The optimization of posyandu’s function and performance can be assessed through the performance level of its cadres. The dedication and performance of cadres can significantly impact the success of reducing stunting. One factor influencing this performance is the communication climate within the posyandu, which can hinder effective stunting prevention. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of posyandu cadres and posyandu performance, as well as to examine the relationship between the organizational communication climate and posyandu performance. This study used a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 56 posyandu cadres. The results showed a correlation between the characteristics of posyandu cadres and posyandu performance in overcome stunting, particularly in terms of age, education, and knowledge levels. Additionally, the organizational communication climate was also found to be related to posyandu performance in overcome stunting, specifically in indicators such as participation in decision-making, openness and transparency, and high-performance goals.-
