In general, this study aims to analyze the influence of family functioning and mother-child interaction on the subjective well-being of families with neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD) children who have conditions of intellectual disability (ID), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and attentiondeficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This study used a cross-sectional study design involving 93 respondents by purposive sampling. Anova test results showed that there are differences in family characteristics but there are no significant differences in family functioning, mother-child interactions, or subjective wellbeing in the three conditions. The results of the correlation test showed a significant positive relationship between family characteristics with family functioning and subjective well-being, mother-child interaction with expressive functions and system maintenance, and family functioning with subjective well-being. The regression test results show that family size and family functioning has a significant positive effect on family subjective well-being.-
