dc.description.abstractSalah satu sampah yang dihasilkan oleh manusia yaitu sampah yang berasal dari makanan, atau food loss and waste. PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional menjadi salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan sampah organik dengan menggunakan lalat tentara hitam. PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional memiliki tiga segmentasi usaha yang meliputi organik waste management, agribisnis, dan layanan konsultasi. PT Biomagg memiliki beberapa permasalahan yang perlu diselesaikan dengan mengidentifikasi kondisi usaha yang sedang dijalankan. Strategi pengembangan usaha yang perlu dijalankan oleh PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan kondisi usaha secara aktual, dan analisis SWOT yang digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi dari BMC yang sudah dibuat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan BMC PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional memiliki fokus pada promosi, peningkatan infrastruktur, menambah sertifikasi, pengembangan aplikasi dan memperluas segmen pasar.-
dc.description.abstractOne of the wastes produced by humans is food waste, or food that is lost and waste. PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional is one of the businesses engaged in the processing of organic waste using black soldier flies. PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional has three business segmentations which include organic waste management, agribusiness, and consulting services. PT Biomagg has several problems that need to be resolved by identifying the current business conditions. The business development strategy that needs to be carried out by PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional is analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods, Business Model Canvas (BMC) which is used to visualize actual business conditions, and SWOT analysis which is used to formulate strategies from BMC that have been made. The results of this study indicate that the BMC development strategy of PT Biomagg Sinergi Internasional has a focus on promotion, infrastructure improvement, adding certification, application development and expanding market segments.-
