Abstract: Makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok. Salah satu jenis makanan adalah makanan jajanan. Konsumsi jajanan sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara sosialisasi orang tua, pengetahuan jajanan sehat, dan perilaku pembelian jajanan sehat pada responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi orang tua dan pengetahuan terhadap perilaku pembelian jajanan sehat anak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif melibatkan 119 siswa sekolah dasar kelas IV dan V yang dipilih secara cluster random sampling. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara responden laki-laki dan perempuan dalam variabel sosialisasi orang tua, pengetahuan, dan perilaku pembelian jajanan sehat. Hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa usia, pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, besar keluarga, sosialisasi orang tua, dan pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian jajanan sehat.
Food is a basic need. One type of food is snack food. Consumption of snacks often occurs in the school environment. This study aims to analyze the differences between parental socialization, knowledge of healthy snacks, and purchasing behavior of healthy snacks among respondents based on gender. In addition, this study aims to analyze the influence of parental socialization and knowledge of healthy snacks on the purchasing behavior of elementary school-age children. This study is a descriptive study involving 119 elementary school students in grades IV and V who were selected by cluster random sampling. The t-test results showed that there was no significant difference between male and female respondents in the variables of parental socialization, knowledge, and purchasing behavior of healthy snacks. Multiple regression test results show that age, father's education, mother's education, family size, parental socialization, and knowledge affect the purchasing behavior of healthy snacks.
