Abstract: Revitalisasi Wisata Situ Gede bertujuan untuk menjaga kualitas lingkungan dan meningkatkan ekonomi lokal. Revitalisasi memberikan dampak positif seperti penataan kawasan, peningkatan jumlah pengunjung, peluang usaha, dan lapangan kerja. Hal tersebut juga dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif berupa masalah sosial, budaya, dan lingkungan bagi masyarakat. Pengelolaan Wisata Situ Gede belum optimal setelah adanya revitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap Wisata Situ Gede pasca revitalisasi, (2) menganalisis pendapatan usaha mikro, dan (3) merumuskan strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis skala likert, analisis pendapatan, dan PROMETHEE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap Wisata Situ Gede pasca revitalisasi berkategori sangat baik berdasarkan seluruh aspek (indeks skor 77,25). Total pendapatan seluruh usaha mikro di Wisata Situ Gede sebesar Rp223.413.120,67 per bulan, dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp4.559.451,44 per bulan/unit usaha. Alternatif kebijakan prioritas adalah pemberdayaan dan penguatan kerja sama pengelolaan Wisata Situ Gede.
The revitalization of Situ Gede Tourism aims to preserve environmental quality while enhancing the local economy. Revitalization has yielded positive impacts, such as improved area planning, increased visitor numbers, and new business and employment opportunities. However, it has also led to negative consequences, including social, cultural, and environmental challenges for the local community. Despite the revitalization efforts, the management of Situ Gede Tourism remains suboptimal. This study aims to (1) analyze community perceptions of Situ Gede Tourism post-revitalization, (2) assess the income of micro-businesses, and (3) formulate a sustainable management strategy. The research methods employed include Likert scale analysis, income analysis, and PROMETHEE. The results indicate that public perception of Situ Gede Tourism post-revitalization is very positive across all aspects (index score: 77.25). The total monthly income generated by micro-businesses in Situ Gede Tourism amounts to IDR 223,413,120.67, with an average of IDR 4,559,451.44 per business unit. The priority policy recommendation is to empower and enhance cooperation in the management of Situ Gede Tourism.
