Abstract: PT Tixpro Informatika Megah (PT TIM) mengalami permasalahan keterlambatan pengiriman produk commercial atau project akibat perbedaan spesifikasi produk dari Principal yang mengakibatkan barang tertahan di bea cukai.
PT Tixpro Informatika Megah (PT TIM) faces delays in the delivery of commercial and project products due to discrepancies in product specifications from the Principal, resulting in goods being held at customs. This study aims to understand PT TIM's supply chain process, identify the problems that occur along the supply chain, and formulate a strategy for optimizing PT TIM's supply chain. Primary data for this study was obtained through interviews with internal informants at PT TIM. PT TIM's supply chain was identified using a situational approach and Van der Vorst's basic element method. Data was analyzed using the supply chain operation reference (SCOR) weighting method with AHP analysis for target selection. Based on the SCOR analysis results, the total cost of supply chain management had the lowest average score, namely 48 (Marginal). The AHP analysis results, based on expert opinions, indicated that the optimization strategy that PT TIM should focus on is the total cost of supply chain management. The implementation of the total cost of supply chain management optimization strategy is expected to overcome time and cost problems in PT TIM's supply chain.
