The demand for pine resin is rapidly increasing in Indonesia and globally. The productivity of pine resin can be influenced by tapping methods, diameter, stand age, and the tapping renewal period. One tapping method used is the koakan method, which is very simple, practical, and does not require many tools. This paper aims to determine the productivity of pine resin with varying tapping renewal periods. Data was collected with three different treatments: Treatment A with a 3-day renewal period, Treatment B with a 5-day renewal period, and Treatment C with a 7-day renewal period. The study was conducted using diameters of 31-40 cm, 41-50 cm, and 51-60 cm. The results showed that the renewal period had a significant effect on the average productivity of pine resin with an F-table value of 2,83. The highest average productivity was observed with a 7-day renewal period at 34,49 grams/tree/harvest, and the lowest average productivity was observed with a 3-day renewal period at 28,21 grams/tree/harvest. |
