dc.description.abstractRemaja merupakan periode kritis peralihan dari masa anak-anak menjadi dewasa yang dimulai antara umur 10-19 tahun. Namun, penelitian menggunakan data Riskesdas 2010 mengungkapkan kualitas konsumsi pangan remaja masih sangat rendah dari standar rekomendasi PGS. Kualitas konsumsi pangan remaja dapat dinilai menggunakan Mutu Gizi Pangan (MGP) berdasarkan tingkat kecukupan gizi, serta Indeks Gizi Seimbang (IGS) yang mengacu pada Pedoman Gizi Seimbang (PGS). IGS3-60 merupakan model IGS yang paling praktis untuk menilai kualitas konsumsi pangan pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsumsi pangan dan kecukupan gizi remaja di Indonesia berbasis data SKMI 2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan jumlah subjek sebanyak 16189 orang. Proses pengolahan, analisis, dan interpretasi data pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada Maret-Juli 2024. Secara keseluruhan, jumlah konsumsi kelompok pangan menurut IGS3-60 belum mencukupi anjuran PGS dengan skor 23,2 atau kategori buruk. Mutu Gizi Pangan (MGP) subjek dalam penelitian ini sebesar 51,9 yang menunjukkan bahwa mutu gizi remaja di Indonesia masih sangat kurang. Hasil uji beda nilai IGS memiliki perbedaan nyata pada karakteristik jenis kelamin, wilayah tempat tinggal, jumlah anggota rumah tangga (ART), dan tingkat pendapatan (p<0,05).-
dc.description.abstractAdolescence is a critical period of transition from childhood to adulthood that begins between the ages of 10-19 years. However, research using Riskesdas 2010 data revealed that the quality of adolescent food consumption is still very low from the PGS recommendation standards. The quality of adolescent food consumption can be assessed using the Quality of Food Nutrition (MGP) based on the level of nutritional adequacy, as well as the Balanced Nutrition Index (IGS) which refers to the Balanced Nutrition Guidelines (PGS). IGS3-60 is the most practical IGS model for assessing the quality of food consumption in adolescents. This study aims to analyze food consumption and nutritional adequacy of adolescents in Indonesia based on SKMI 2014 data. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach and a total of 16.189 subjects. Data processing, analysis, and interpretation were conducted from March to July 2024. Overall, the total consumption of food groups according to IGS3-60 did not meet the PGS recommendations with a score of 23.2 or poor category. The Nutritional Quality of Food (MGP) of the subjects in this study amounted to 51.9 which shows that the nutritional quality of adolescents in Indonesia is still very poor. The results of the IGS value difference test have significant differences in the characteristics of gender, region of residence, number of household members (ART), and income level (p<0.05).-
