| Abstract: | PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penyaluran green beans kopi dengan model bisnis bermitra. Rantai pasok dari petani mitra, aliran informasi manajemen, dan penyimpanan green beans menjadi masalah pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melakukan analisis struktur dan efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok serta merumuskan implikasi manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SCOR, AHP, dan DEA. Hasil perhitungan metode SCOR, proses rantai pasok PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia memiliki perbedaan efisiensi. Proses agilitas dengan pencapaian 80% (kategori sedang), efisiensi manajemen aset dengan pencapaian 73% (kategori sedang), reliabilitas rantai pasok dengan pencapaian 96% (sangat baik), sedangkan responsiveness hanya memiliki 72% pencapaian target. Nilai bobot prioritas dalam kegiatan rantai pasok meliputi responsiveness (0,502), reliabilitas (0,3058), efisiensi manajemen aset (0,127), dan agilitas (0,065). Analisis DEA menunjukkan efisiensi kinerja perusahaan sebesar 100% dalam rantai pasok. Implikasi manajerial pada rantai pasok kopi green bean adalah peningkatan kerja sama dengan pemasok karena pemasok yang didanai oleh perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Kinerja rantai pasok bergantung pada siklus bahan baku yang terdapat pada responsiveness. PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia, it is a company that distributes green coffee beans with a business model that occurs. The supply chain from partner farmers, the flow of management information, and the storage of green beans are problems for the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure and efficiency of supply chain performance and describe managerial empowerment. This study uses the SCOR, AHP, and DEA methods. The results of the SCOR method calculation, the supply chain process of PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia has different efficiencies. Agility process with an achievement of 80% (moderate category), asset management efficiency with an achievement of 73% (moderate category), supply chain reliability with an achievement of 96% (very good), while responsiveness only has a target achievement of 72%. The priority weight values in supply chain activities include responsiveness (0,502), reliability (0,3058), asset management efficiency (0,127), and agility (0,065). DEA analysis shows the company's performance efficiency of 100% in the supply chain. The managerial implications for the green bean coffee supply chain are increased cooperation with suppliers because suppliers funded by the company have better performance. Supply chain performance depends on the raw material cycle contained in responsiveness. |
