Abstract: CV Casa Farm merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus pada budidaya tanaman hidroponik dan menghasilkan komoditi utama sayuran yaitu kangkung dan selada. CV Casa Farm berdiri pada tanggal 15 November 2014 yang didirikan oleh Bapak Budi Haryana. Dalam melakukan budidaya sayurannya, CV Casa Farm dapat menghasilkan limbah dari kegiatan pasca panen dan perusahaan belum memanfaatkan hasil limbah pasca panennya dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan limbah yang dihadapi, meningkatkan nilai ekonomi limbah sayuran dan meningkatkan pendapatan CV Casa Farm dengan menganalisis kelayakan usaha pemanfaatan limbah sayuran menjadi pupuk kompos bokashi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kelayakan usaha berdasarkan aspek finansial dan non finansial. Secara Aspek finansial, bisnis ini layak untuk dijalankan karena dari hasil perhitungan kriteria investasi memperoleh nilai NPV positif sebesar Rp351.779.830,79, Net B/C bernilai 6,81 yang mana lebih dari 1, Gross B/C bernilai 1,69 yang mana lebih dari 1, IRR sebesar 77% dan Payback Period selama 4 Tahun 6 Bulan. Hasil Analisis aspek non finansial dinyatakan layak pada aspek teknis, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek organisasi dan manajemen serta aspek kolaborasi.
CV Casa Farm is a company that focuses on cultivating hydroponic plants and produces the main vegetable commodities, namely kale and lettuce. CV Casa Farm was established on 15th November 2014 and was founded by Mr. Budi Haryana. In cultivating vegetables, CV Casa Farm can produce waste from postharvest activities and the company has not utilized its post-harvest waste to the maximum. This research was conducted to overcome the waste problems, to increase the economic value of vegetable waste and to increase CV Casa Farm's income by analyzing the feasibility of utilizing vegetable waste into bokashi compost. The method used in this research is business feasibility analysis based on financial and non-financial aspects. From a financial aspect, this business is feasible to run because from the results of calculating the investment criteria, it obtains a positive NPV value of IDR 351,779,830.79, Net B/C is worth 6.81 which is more than 1, Gross B/C is worth 1.69 which is more than 1, IRR of 77% and Payback Period of 4 Years 6 Months. The results of the analysis of non-financial aspects were declared feasible in technical aspects, market and marketing aspects, organizational and management aspects and collaboration aspects.
