Abstract: PT Kampung Coklat merupakan salah satu pabrik pengolahan coklat dan menjual aneka olahan coklat berbasis wisata edukasi yang berada di Kota Blitar. Karena produktifitas kakao di Kota Blitar tergolong cukup banyak, maka perusahaan ini pun melakukan inovasi produk dengan membuatnya menjadi coklat peralin (permen coklat). Harapannya, dengan dibuatnya coklat peralin ini dapat menambah profit untuk perusahaan dan juga daya saing perusahaan di industri coklat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh preferensi konsumen terhadap pada keputusan pembelian coklat peralin. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konjoin dan strategi pemasaran bisnis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 27 for windows. Dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian suatu produk dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Dari hasil penelitian ini, preferensi konsumen memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian. Didapati hasil dari preferensi konsumen tersebut ialah coklat peralin dengan harga Rp25.000, berat 250gr, isian selai strawberry, base (luaran) menggunakan coklat strawberry, dan kemasan pouch.
PT Kampung Coklat is a chocolate processing factory and sells various processed chocolate based on educational tourism in Blitar City. Because cocoa productivity in Blitar City is quite large, this company has also innovated its product by making it into peralin chocolate (chocolate candy). The hope is that by making Peralin chocolate, it can increase profits for the company and also the company's competitiveness in the chocolate industry. This research aims to find out the influence of consumer preferences on purchasing decisions about Peralin chocolate. The method in this research uses conjoint analysis and business marketing strategy. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27 for Windows. In determining the decision to purchase a product, it is influenced by several factors. From the results of this research, consumer preferences have a big influence on purchasing decisions. It was found that the results of consumer preferences were peralin chocolate with a price of IDR 25,000, weighing 250g, filled with strawberry jam, base (outer) using strawberry chocolate, and pouch packaging.
