| dc.description.abstract | Yayasan Bina Sarana Bakti setiap bulannya mengalami kelebihan produksi sayuran termasuk jagung, hal ini disebabkan permintaan terhadap agen tidak menentu dan berfluktuatif. Dalam mengupayakan permasalahan ini, salah satu alternatifnya yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan jagung yang kelebihan produksi tersebut menjadi suatu produk olahan yang disebut dengan tepung jagung organik. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aspek finansial dan non finansial, merancang perencanaan bisnis dan menganalisis besarnya nilai tambah terhadap tepung jagung organik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan bisnis tepung jagung organik memiliki nilai R/C Ratio yaitu 1,90 dan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 53,29%. Maka dari itu, Yayasan Bina Sarana Bakti dapat mengembangkan dan menjalankan produk tepung jagung organik serta tetap mempertahankan kualitas agar konsumen tetap menyukai produk tepung jagung organik. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Bina Sarana Bakti Foundation experiences overproduction of vegetables including corn every month, this is due to the demand for agents being erratic and fluctuating. In working on this problem, one of the alternatives is to utilize the overproduced corn into a processed product called organic corn flour. The objectives of this research are to analyze the financial and non-financial aspects, design a business plan and analyze the amount of added value to organic corn flour. The results showed that the business planning of organic corn flour has an R/C ratio value of 1.90 and a value-added ratio of 53,29%. Therefore, Bina Sarana Bakti Foundation can develop and run organic corn flour products and maintain quality so that consumers still like organic corn flour products. | - |
