Abstract: Rahmat Fish Farm sebagai salah satu produsen di bidang perikanan yang membudidayakan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) dengan sistem bioflok yang terletak di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Sistem kemitraan berperan penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis budidaya ikan nila pada Rahmat Fish Farm. Ketidaksesuaian sistem kemitraan yang diterapkan membawa dampak tidak tercapainya kontinuitas produksi. Dalam rangka mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis akan disusun perancangan pada sistem kemitraan baru untuk diterapkan. Penelitian dilakukan pada 31 Juli 2023 – 13 Januari 2024 di Rahmat Fish Farm, Kabupaten Bandung dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis finansial yaitu analisis biaya, analisis laba rugi, analisis parsial, dan analisis R/C rasio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem kemitraan diperbarui dengan penerapan pola asosiasi kolaboratif dan pendekatan jenis kemitraan yang bersinergi. Rancangan sistem kemitraan diproyeksikan meningkatkan perolehan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp83.369.240 dan peningkatan tingkat penerimaan menjadi 1,2.
Rahmat Fish Farm as one of the producers in the fisheries sector that cultivates tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with a biofloc system located in Bandung Regency, West Java. The partnership system plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of the tilapia farming business at Rahmat Fish Farm. The incompatibility of the partnership system applied impacts not achieving production continuity. To support business sustainability, a new partnership system will be designed and implemented. The research was conducted on July 31, 2023 - January 13, 2024 at Rahmat Fish Farm, Bandung Regency with descriptive analysis and financial analysis, namely cost analysis, profit and loss analysis, partial analysis, and R/C ratio analysis. Based on the research results, the partnership system was renewed with a collaborative association pattern and a synergized pattern approach. The design of the partnership system is projected to increase additional profits by Rp83.369.240 and increase the level of acceptance of the partnership system to 1.2.
