Abstract: Citra merupakan keyakinan atau pengetahuan mengenai suatu destinasi karena citra yang dipersepsikan akan mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, dan menyusun luaran berupa paket wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan proyek akhir yaitu studi literatur, observasi, wawancara dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Data wisatawan yang diteliti meliputi karakteristik responden, citra destinasi, dan kepuasan wisatawan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 228 responden. Data pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dianalisis dengan teknik pengolahan data statistik yaitu analisis korelasi rank spearman. Data citra destinasi memiliki dua indikator yakni citra kognitif dan citra afektif, sedangkan kepuasan wisatawan terdiri dari dua indikator yaitu kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan. Hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yakni adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dengan korelasi koefisien sangat kuat dan bersifat positif. Luaran yang disusun berupa paket wisata yang terbagi menjadi tiga jenis yaitu paket wisata alam, wisata seni dan budaya, dan wisata sejarah dan budaya.
Image is a belief or knowledge about a destination because the perceived image will affect tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this final project is to analyze the effect of destination image on tourist satisfaction, and compile outputs in the form of tour packages. The methods used in the preparation of the final project are literature studies, observations, interviews with questionnaire tools. The tourist data studied included respondent characteristics, destination image, and tourist satisfaction using a questionnaire to 228 respondents. Data on the effect of destination image on tourist satisfaction was analyzed using statistical data processing techniques, namely spearman rank correlation analysis. Destination image data has two indicators, namely cognitive image and affective image, while tourist satisfaction consists of two indicators, namely product quality and service quality. The results of the spearman rank correlation analysis show the effect of destination image on tourist satisfaction, namely the existence of a significant influence with a very strong and positive correlation coefficient. The output is in the form of a tour package which is divided into three types, namely nature tour packages, arts and culture tours, and historical and cultural tours.
