Abstract: Industri pariwisata saat ini semakin berkembang dengan berbagai jenis wisata yang ditawarkan, salah satunya adalah wisata edukasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap pihak perusahaan selama melakukan magang industri, minat pengunjung terhadap eduwisata cenderung menurun. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melihat adanya peluang yang perlu dikembangkan dari edukasi PT Sinar Mayang Lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden, menganalisis proses program wisata manakah yang menjadi preferensi atau kesukaan responden, dan menganalisis aspek non finansial serta pendapatan pengembangan program wisata edukasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konjoin, analisis non finansial dan finansial. Hasil preferensi dengan menggunakan analisis konjoin menunjukan bahwa program wisata yang paling disukai adalah kompetisi sortir kopi dan spot foto. Hasil dari laba rugi meningkat setelah dilakukannya pengembangan sebesar Rp233.801.120. Hasil R/C ratio dari 1,00 menjadi 1,45.
The tourism industry is currently growing with various types of tourism on offer, one of which is educational tourism. Based on observations and interviews with the companies during industrial internships, visitor interest in edutourism tends to decrease. Therefore, researchers see opportunities that need to be developed from PT Sinar Mayang Lestari's education. This research aims to identify the characteristics of respondents, analyze which tourism program processes are the respondents preferences or preferences, and analyze non-financial aspects and income from developing educational tourism programs. The method used is conjoint analysis, non-financial and financial analysis. Preference results using conjoint analysis show that the most preferred tourism programs are coffee sorting competitions and photo spots. The profit and loss results increased after the development was carried out by IDR233.801.120. The R/C ratio results from 1,00 to 1,45.
