dc.description.abstractBudaya K3 merupakan bagian dari budaya organisasi yang terbentuk dari perilaku anggota-anggotanya dalam performa keselamatan. Pembentukan budaya K3 dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, pengawasan, masa kerja, sikap, usia, pendidikan pekerja, dan kepatuhan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Penerapan budaya K3 yang rendah di Pabrik Indarung V PT Semen Padang disebabkan oleh rendahnya kepatuhan penggunaan APD. Penelitian ini menilai aspek pembentuk budaya K3 terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Spearman’s rho correlation. Hasilnya menunjukkan pekerja dengan masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun cenderung tidak patuh karena merasa terbiasa. Pengetahuan yang rendah dan pengawasan yang belum optimal juga berkontribusi pada ketidakpatuhan. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi pelatihan K3 menyeluruh, sanksi bagi ketidakpatuhan, penyusunan SOP pengelolaan APD, serta inspeksi K3 yang lebih ketat dan dilakukan oleh pihak internal.-
dc.description.abstractOSH culture is a part of organizational culture formed by the behavior of its members in terms of safety performance. The development of OSH culture is influenced by knowledge, supervision, length of service, attitude, age, education level of workers, and compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The low implementation of OSH culture at Indarung V Plant PT Semen Padang is due to inadequate compliance with PPE usage. This study evaluates the aspects that shape OSH culture in relation to PPE compliance and provides recommendations for improvement. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with Spearman’s rho correlation test. Results indicate that workers with more than 10 years of service tend to be non-compliant due to familiarity with their tasks. Low knowledge and suboptimal supervision also contribute to non-compliance. Recommendations for improvement include comprehensive OSH training, sanctions for non-compliance, development of PPE management SOP, and more stringent OSH inspections conducted by internal parties.-
