| Abstract: | PT Indigen Karya Unggul merupakan sebuah perusahaan budidaya melon hidroponik di Yogyakarta. Terdapat melon grade C setiap periode panen yang hanya dijual dengan harga yang rendah. Melon grade C ini dapat diolah menjadi produk minuman jus. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah melon grade C menjadi produk Indi Juice. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis sikap konsumen, analisis nilai tambah dan analisis non finansial dan analisis anggaran parsial. Hasil analisis sikap konsumen terhadap produk Indi Juice bernilai positif sebesar 7,48. Nilai tambah pengolahan produk sebesar 67%. Hasil analisis R/C ratio meningkat 0,35 dari sebelum pengolahan produk jus yaitu sebesar 1,22 menjadi 1,57 setelah adanya produk Indi Juice. Hasil perhitungan anggaran parsial, tedapat keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp10.047.812 dari pembuatan produk Indi Juice yang artinya produk Indi Juice lebih menguntungkan jika dijalankan. PT Indigen Karya Unggul is a hydroponic melon cultivation company in Yogyakarta. There are grade C melons every harvest period that are only sold at low prices. This grade C melon can be processed into juice beverage products. The purpose of this research is to increase the added value of grade C melons into Indi Juice products. The analysis used in this study consists of consumer attitude analysis, value-added analysis and non-financial analysis and partial budget analysis. The results of the analysis of consumer attitudes towards Indi Juice products have a positive value of 7,48. The added value of product processing is 67%. The results of the R/C ratio analysis increased by 0,35 from before processing juice products, which amounted to 1,22 to 1,57 after the existence of Indi Juice products. The results of partial budget calculations, there is an additional profit of Rp10.047.812 from making Indi Juice products, which means that Indi Juice products are more profitable to run. |
