Abstract: PT Asta Protek Jiarsi (APJ), sebuah perusahaan penyedia konsultansi layanan teknologi informasi untuk perbankan dan lembaga keuangan yang mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, menghadapi tantangan dalam alokasi tugas yang merata seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah karyawan di atas 50% setiap tahunnya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, fitur pemantauan kinerja pada Employee Self Service (ESS) yang merupakan sistem informasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di PT APJ. Fitur ini dikembangkan berbasis prototipe menggunakan aplikasi Figma dengan pendekatan design thinking. Pengujian dilakukan dengan usability testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kelima responden berhasil menyelesaikan semua tugas meskipun menghadapi beberapa kendala kecil. Skor SUS yang diperoleh adalah 86, masuk dalam kategori excellent dengan grade scale B dan acceptable dalam acceptability ranges. Ini menandakan bahwa fitur yang dirancang memiliki kegunaan tinggi dan fungsionalitas memadai bagi pengguna. Penerapan design thinking dalam merancang fitur pemantauan kinerja pegawai pada ESS berhasil meningkatkan keteraturan manajemen tim serta memudahkan pemantauan oleh supervisor.
PT Asta Protek Jiarsi (APJ), an IT consultancy service provider for banking and financial institutions experiencing rapid growth, faces challenges in equitable task allocation with an annual employee increase of over 50%. To address this, a performance monitoring feature on the Employee Self Service (ESS), which is the human resource management information system at PT APJ, was developed. This feature was created based on a prototype using the Figma application and a design thinking approach. Testing was conducted using usability testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results showed that all respondents successfully completed all tasks despite some minor issues. The SUS score obtained was 86, which falls into the excellent category with a grade scale of B and is acceptable within the acceptability ranges. This indicates that the designed feature has high usability and adequate functionality for users. The application of design thinking in designing the employee performance monitoring feature on ESS successfully improved team management organization and facilitated supervision by supervisors.
