Abstract: Video iklan menu baru Gingerbread Latte Bean Spot adalah strategi pemasaran yang digunakan sebagai promosi agar produk sukses di pasar. Metode yang dipakai dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini yaitu menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Selain itu, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai yaitu observasi, partisipasi aktif, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Pada penulisan tugas akhir ini akan membahas proses produksi berupa shooting dan proses pasca produksi berupa editing. Dua proses ini merupakan lanjutan dari hasil pra produksi yaitu berupa storyboard dan script. Proses shooting menerapkan teknik dasar sinematografi oleh Joseph V. Mascelli yang meliputi camera angle, type shot, dan composition, sedangkan proses editing menerapkan teknik editing oleh Christopher J. Bowen yang meliputi importing, editing, hingga exporting. Hasil dari proyek ini adalah video iklan yang mampu mencapai tujuan luaran proyek, yaitu merangsang terjadinya kesadaran merek (brand awareness), ketertarikan (interest), dan berakhir dengan tindakan pembelian (purchase) terhadap audiens.
The advertising video for the new Gingerbread Latte Bean Spot menu is a marketing strategy used as promotion so that the product is successful in the market. The method used in writing this final assignment is primary data and secondary data. Apart from that, the data collection techniques used were observation, active participation, interviews, literature study and documentation. In writing this final assignment, we will discuss the production process in the form of shooting and the post-production process in the form of editing. These two processes are a continuation of the pre-production results, namely in the form of storyboards and scripts. The shooting process applies basic cinematography techniques by Joseph V. Mascelli which include camera angle, shot type, and composition, while the editing process applies editing techniques by Christopher J. Bowen which include importing, editing, and exporting. The result of this project is an advertising video that is able to achieve the project's output objectives, namely stimulating brand awareness, interest and ending with purchasing actions for the audience.
