dc.description.abstractPegadaian Digital Service (PDS) merupakan layanan digital yang diluncurkan oleh PT Pegadaian dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah nasabah dalam bertransaksi dan mendapatkan informasi produk-produk Pegadaian. Keuanggulan dari aplikasi ini adalah dari segi kecepatannya, nasabah mendapatkan pelayanan yang setara dengan pelayanan di outlet Pegadaian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiamana efektivitas dan efisiensi aplikasi PDS di PT Pegadaian Cabang Bogor. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian ini termasuk pada kegiatan lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa PT Pegadaian Cabang Bogor masih terbilang belum efektif dan efisien karena masih banyak nasabah yang tidak mengerti bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, banyak fitur transaksi yang sulit di cari atau fitur tersebut berada di dalam sub bab fitur. bahkan sebagian nasabah belum mengetahui adanya apliksi PDS tersebut.-
dc.description.abstractPegadaian Digital Service (PDS) is a digital service launched by PT Pegadaian in the form of web and mobile-based applications. This application was created to make it easier for customers to make transactions and obtain information on Pegadaian products. The advantage of this application is that in terms of speed, customers get service that is equivalent to service at Pegadaian outlets. The aim of this research is to find out how effective and efficient the PDS application is at PT Pegadaian Bogor Branch. Based on the objectives of this research, it includes field activities with a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing techniques. The research results explain that PT Pegadaian Bogor Branch is still not effective and efficient because there are still many customers who do not understand how to use the application, many transaction features are difficult to find or these features are in the features sub-chapter. Some customers even don't know that the PDS application exists.-
