Abstract: MUHAMMAD PIPPOTOTTI RAMADHAN. Pengelolaan Usaha Penjualan Daging Sapi Impor di Toko Pangkalan Daging Depok Jawa Barat. Dibimbing oleh FITRIANI EKA PUJI LESTARI dan DUDI FIRMANSYAH. Konsumsi daging sapi di Indonesia meningkat, namun produksi nasional tidak mencukupi sehingga diperlukan impor. Hal ini membuka peluang usaha penjualan daging impor, seperti Toko Pangkalan Daging. Usaha ini bertujuan mengaplikasikan ilmu studi dalam pengelolaan bisnis daging sapi impor secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data primer melalui observasi langsung dan data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Business Model Canvas (BMC) digunakan untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman usaha. Hasilnya, Toko Pangkalan Daging layak dijalankan dengan dua saluran pemasaran: offline dan online. Penjualan dari November 2023 hingga Maret 2024 mencapai 1.325,25 kg dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp 132.208.745 dan total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 115.894.945, sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan bersih Rp16.313.800. Harga jual di atas Break Even Point (BEP) menunjukkan usaha ini menguntungkan dengan nilai R/C 1,1, sehingga layak dilanjutkan.

Beef consumption in Indonesia is increasing, but national production is insufficient, so imports are needed. This opens up business opportunities for selling imported meat, such as the Pangkalan Daging Shop. This business aims to apply scientific studies in managing the imported beef business sustainably. The methods used include collecting primary data through direct observation and secondary data from related literature. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is used to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the business. As a result, the Pangkalan Daging Shop is feasible to run with two marketing channels: offline and online. Sales from November 2023 to March 2024 reached 1,325.25 kg with revenue of IDR 132,208,745 and total costs incurred of IDR 115,894,945, resulting in a net income of IDR 16,313,800. The selling price above the Break Even Point (BEP) shows that this business is profitable with an R/C value of 1.1, so it is feasible to continue.
