Abstract: PT Nudira Fresh setiap bulannya menghasilkan tomat ceri reject yang sangat banyak. Namun tomat ceri reject tersebut belum digunakan atau dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Maka dari itu, perlu didirikannya suatu unit bisnis yaitu mengolah tomat ceri reject tersebut menjadi produk Pickchertoes (Pickle Cherry Tomatoes). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, mengidentifikasi proses keputusan pembelian konsumen, menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut produk, dan menganalisis aspek non finansial serta finansial produk Pickle Cherry Tomatoes berdasarkan preferensi konsumen. Responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Produk Pickle Cherry Tomatoes lebih banyak disukai oleh perempuan, dengan kategori remaja akhir atau dewasa muda, kelas menengah dan menengah keatas. Hasil preferensi dengan menggunakan analisis konjoin menunjukkan bahwa konsumen produk Pickle Cherry Tomatoes menyukai rasa original, beraroma rosemary, kemasan jar kaca, dan harga Rp30.000. Hasil analisis non finansial dan finansial produk Pickle Cherry Tomatoes dapat dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.
PT Nudira Fresh each month produces a lot of rejected cherry tomatoes. So from that, he needs to set up a business unit that processes the reject cherry tomatoes into a Pickchertoes product (Pickle Cherry Tomatoes). The purpose of this study is to identify the consumer characteristics, identify consumer decision making processes for purchasing products, analyze consumer preferences for product attributes, and analyze the non-financial and financial aspects of products Pickle Cherry Tomatoes. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling method of 100 people. Pickle Cherry Tomatoes products were preferred by women, with categories of late adolescents or young adults, middle and upper middle classes. Preference results using conjoin analysis show that consumers of Pickle Cherry Tomatoes products prefer the original flavour, rosemary smell, glass jar packaging, and price of Rp30.000. The non-financial and financial analysis results of Pickle Cherry Tomatoes products can be said to be worthy of running.
