The increasing penetration of Internet users in Indonesia has become a driving force for the Digital Transformation. SaaS (Software as a Service) companies have become supporting contributors to the digital transformation in Indonesia through technological business model innovations. PT VKP (Visi Karya Perkasa), as one of the SaaS companies, is experiencing competitive challenges. The company faces challenges in entering the healthcare digitalization industry through competition with similar SaaS companies and the possibility of new technologies as substitutes. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the company's internal and external factors, (2) to analyze competitive advantages, (3) to formulate a competitive strategy architecture for PT VKP. In this research, a business environment analysis is conducted to identify external and internal factors that impact the company. The IE Matrix is used to provide a holistic view of the company's current strategic position. To formulate alternative strategies, a SWOT analysis will be performed, which will then be followed by strategy prioritization using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, considering weightings based on pairwise analysis. Based on the external factor analysis using Porter's Five Forces, the main opportunity identified is the development of the healthcare digitalization industry, while the main threat is the diversification of product range owned by competitors. The results of internal factor analysis using the VRIO approach concluded that themain strength is having good relationships with both private and government partners, while the main weakness of the company is having limited features ready for market. The IE Matrix indicates that the company's current position is in the growth stage. Based on the SWOT analysis results, six alternative competitive strategies were obtained. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process for strategy prioritization, the main strategy selected for the company is to make sales from the healthcare services category the company's primary focus. The strategic planning results, using the strategic architecture approach, yielded a design of activity programs based on alternative strategies that will beimplemented by PT VKP in four phases over the next year.
