Media audio-visual yang dapat digunakan perusahaan untuk menginformasikan produk atau merek adalah video promosi. Video promosi bertujuan menyampaikan pesan yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh audiens melalui strategi kreatif. PT Sucor Sekuritas sebagai perusahaan perantara pedagang efek dan penjamin efek yang diawasi oleh OJK memiliki program loyalitas untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan dan kesetiaan nasabah. Program ini beroperasi dalam model bisnis ke bisnis (B2B) dengan merchant memberikan potongan harga atau pelayanan khusus bagi nasabah. Informasi tentang program loyalitas Sucor Sekuritas perlu diperluas melalui video promosi yang kreatif dan informatif, dengan elemen-elemen pendukung yang tepat. Penulisan ini menjelaskan proses kreatif dan implementasi strategi pada video promosi Sucor Sekuritas, menggunakan pendekatan unique selling proposition dan resonance pada merchant Kohai Izakaya dan Rosereve, dengan teknik softsell dan hardsell. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, sekunder, dan instrumen yang relevan dengan strategi kreatif. ALFINA DAMAIYANTI. Promotional videos aim to convey messages that are interesting and easily understood by the audience through creative strategies. PT Sucor Sekuritas as a securities brokerage and underwriting company supervised by OJK has a loyalty program to foster customer trust and loyalty. A loyalty program is needed to foster customer trust and loyalty. Information about Sucor Sekuritas' loyalty program needs to be expanded through a creative and informative promotional video, with the right supporting elements.
