Abstract: | Produk domba guling merupakan salah satu unit bisnis produk yang tersedia di Perusahaan ABA Farm. Produk ditawarkan dalam bentuk paket ekor dengan jumlah yang besar sehingga diperuntukkan untuk acara atau kegiatan. Bentuk paket ekor besar mendorong adanya permintaan produk dalam kemasan agar produk lebih praktis. Data penjualan produk domba guling berfluktuatif relatif rendah. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut, perusahaan merespons dengan dilakukan pengembangan produk domba guling menjadi frozen food sebagai sumber pendapatan lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun perencanaan dan menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan bisnis produk olahan domba guling menjadi frozen food di perusahaan ABA Farm. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC) pengembangan produk mengidentifikasi kesembilan elemen BMC dan disetujui oleh konsumen terkait elemen value proposition, customer relationship, channels, dan revenue stream. Analisis kelayakan finansial pengembangan produk layak dan memberikan keuntungan untuk dijalankan perusahaan. ABA Farm’s lamb trotter product is one of the business units available at our company. The product is offered in bulk packages, suitable for events or activities. The large package format drives demand for packaged products, making them more convenient. According to sales data, the lamb trotter product has relatively low fluctuations. To address this issue, the company responded by developing the lamb trotter product into a frozen food as another source of income. The purpose of this research is to prepare a plan and analyze the feasibility of developing a processed lamb trotter business into frozen food at ABA Farm. The methods used are Business Model Canvas (BMC) and financial analysis. The research results the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis of product development identified all nine BMC elements and was approved by consumer regarding the elements of value propotion, customer relationship, channels, and revenue stream. Financial analysis found that the product development is feasible and profitable for the company to run. |
