Abstract: Rabbit Brothers merupakan peternakan kelinci hias dan pedaging yang dengan visi meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian peternak kelinci di Indonesia dan berlokasi di Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rumusan ide pengembangan bisnis, analisis SWOT, alternatif strategi pengembangan bisnis, dan analisis bisnis berdasarkan SWOT Balance Scorecard di perusahaan Rabbit Brothers. Balanced scorecard merancang strategi dengan empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal bisnis dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Data diperoleh dari pemilik Rabbit Brother Tahun 2021-2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Balanced Scorecard dalam empat perspektif seperti keuangan, pelanggan, proses internal bisnis dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Seluruh data tersebut dianalisis kembali dengan SWOT untuk melihat saran praktis bagi Rabbit Brother. Kata kunci: strategi pengembangan, usaha kecil dan menengah, balanced scorecard
Rabbit Brothers is a decorative and meat rabbit farm with a vision to enhance the welfare and economy of rabbit farmers in Indonesia, located in Lembang, West Bandung Regency. The aim of this research is to formulate business development ideas, conduct SWOT analysis, propose alternative business development strategies, and analyze the business based on the SWOT Balanced Scorecard at Rabbit Brothers company. The Balanced Scorecard designs strategies with four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth perspectives. Data were obtained from the owner of Rabbit Brother for the years 2021-2023. Based on the research results, the Balanced Scorecard in four perspectives such as financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth was obtained. All of this data was reanalyzed using SWOT to provide practical recommendations for Rabbit Brother. Keywords: development strategy, small and medium enterprises, balanced Scorecard
