dc.description.abstractEighty Six Farm merupakan salah satu peternakan yang bergerak pada bidang peternakan ayam petelur. Perubahan lingkungan usaha dikarenakan faktor internal maupun eksternal peternakan. Tujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang relevan bagi Eighty Six Farm, merumuskan berbagai alternatif strategi pengembangan yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada Eighty Six Farm, dan menganalisis prioritas dari alternatif strategi pengembangan yang direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan oleh Eighty Six Farm. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis IFE dan EFE untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Perumusan alternatif strategi pengembangan dibuat dengan menggunakan matriks IE dan SWOT, dan penentuan prioritas strategi pengembangan menggunakan analisis QSPM. Berdasarkan analisis matriks IE, Eighty Six Farm memiliki kondisi internal sedang dan eksternal sedang yang berada pada sel V (lima) yaitu posisi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Terdapat enam alternatif strategi yang dirumuskan dari hasil matriks SWOT. Prioritas strategi utama yaitu melakukan kegiatan pengoptimalan pemasaran untuk memperluas pasar dengan melakukan promosi secara online dan offline.
dc.description.abstractEighty Six Farm is a farm that operates in the field of laying hen farming. changes in the business environment are caused by internal and external factors on the farm. Objectives: identify and analyze internal and external environmental factors that are relevant for Eighty Six Farm, develop various alternative development strategies that are suitable to be applied to Eighty Six Farm, and analyze the priorities of alternative development strategies that are suitable recommended for implementation by Eighty Six Farm. The research method uses IFE and EFE analysis to analyze the internal and external environment. Formulation of alternative development strategies is made using the IE and SWOT matrices, and development strategy priorities are determined using QSPM analysis. Based on the IE matrix analysis, Eighty Six Farm has moderate internal and external conditions which are in cell V (five), namely the position of market penetration and product development. There are six alternative strategies formulated from the results of the SWOT matrix. The main strategic priority is carrying out liquid marketing activities to expand the market by carrying out online and offline promotions.
