| Abstract: | Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia memanfaatkan media online sebagai media utama untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi baik melalui website resmi KKP ataupun akun media sosial yang selanjutnya akan dipantau melalui kegiatan media monitoring secara digital untuk menjaga citra positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan media monitoring digital oleh Biro Humas Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan untuk menjaga citra positif dengan teori media monitoring menurut Syahputra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Biro Humas KKP dalam melakukan media monitoring digital melakukan tiga tahap yaitu tahap data mining, tahap pengolahan data, dan tahap analisis dan pelaporan. Namun, untuk lebih memaksimalkan kegiatan media monitoring digital untuk menjaga citra positif kementerian, diperlukan brainstorming dan evaluasi secara terus menerus dengan pihak ketiga sebagai penyedia layanan jasa media monitoring digital. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia utilizes online media as the main media to convey various information either through the official KKP website or social media accounts which will then be monitored through digital media monitoring activities to maintain a positive image. This research aims to analyze digital media monitoring activities by the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries to maintain a positive image using media monitoring theory according to Syahputra. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that the KKP Public Relations Bureau in carrying out digital media monitoring carried out three stages, namely the data mining stage, the data processing stage, and the analysis and reporting stage. However, to further maximize digital media monitoring activities to maintain a positive image of the ministry, continuous brainstorming and evaluation is needed with third parties as providers of digital media monitoring services. |
