Antrian sering ditemukan dikehidupan sehari-hari, antrian akan terjadi jika pelanggan meminta untuk dilayani. Jika dalam suatu pelayanan terjadi kepadatan hal ini bisa mengakibatkan kurangnya efektivan dan efesien waktu beserta pekerjaan. Dalam sebuah instansi pemerintah yakni Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bekasi dalam penyajian pendaftaran haji dan penyajian lainnya masih menggunakaan system antrian berbasis manual dan terkadang masih tidak memakai nomor antrian. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya kepadatan antrian dan banyak pelanggan yang mendahului antrian sebelum dipanggil oleh staf pelayanan. Studi ini tujuannya untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan registrasi haji di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bekasi untuk merancang system nomor antrian berbasis web daftar haji di Kementerian Agama Kota Bekasi untuk Mengimplementasikan system nomor antrian berbasis web di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bekasi. Judul studi ini ialah ”Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Antrian Daftar Haji (Studi Kasus Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bekasi.

Queues are often found in everyday life, queues will occur if customers ask to be served. If there is congestion in a service, this can result in a lack of effectiveness and efficiency of time and work. In a government agency, namely the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Bekasi City, when presenting Hajj registration and other presentations, it still uses a manual-based queuing system and sometimes does not use queue numbers. This results in queue congestion and many customers who get ahead of the queue before being called by service staff. The aim of this study is to explain the implementation of Hajj registration at the Bekasi City Ministry of Religion Office to design a web-based queue number system for the Hajj registration at the Bekasi City Ministry of Religion. To implement a web-based queue number system at the Bekasi City Ministry of Religion Office.
