Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis permasalahan penting dan mendesak yaitu keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proses produksi kendaraan di PT XYZ. Berdasarkan perbandingan antara waktu perencanaan dan realisasi produksi, ditemukan bahwa proses pembuatan cover jok adalah komponen yang paling mengalami keterlambatan dibandingkan dengan rencana awal. Sebagai upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan dua solusi pokok yaitu pernghitungan waktu baku proses pembuatan cover jok menggunakan metode work sampling dan perancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) di departemen produksi cover jok untuk mengoptimalkan alur proses serta meningkatkan efisiensi. Hasil perhitungan waktu baku pada bagian cover jok mendapatkan hasil 115,7 menit per pcs. Usulan waktu baku pada bagian cover jok diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagian departemen terakit untuk melakukan estimasi jadwal produksi dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan. This study aims to examine and analyze important and urgent problems, namely delays in the completion of the vehicle production process at PT XYZ. Based on the comparison between planning time and production realization, it was found that the seat cover manufacturing process was the component that experienced the most delays compared to the initial plan. In an effort to overcome this problem, this study proposes two main solutions, namely the calculation of the standard time of the seat cover manufacturing process using the work sampling method and the design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the seat cover production department to optimize the process flow and improve efficiency. The results of the calculation of standard time in the seat cover section resulted in 115.7 minutes per pcs. The proposed standard time in the seat cover section is expected to be a reference for the assembled department to estimate the production schedule and resources needed. |
