Abstract: SYAMILA INSYIRA RIAPRILINY. Kreativitas Penulisan Naskah dalam Produksi Video Profil “Bogor Punya Maskot” Pemerintah Kota Bogor. Dibimbing oleh VIVIEN FEBRI ASTUTI dan SISKA MULYAWATY. Pemerintah Kota Bogor tepat di Hari Jadi Bogor ke 541 pada tanggal 3 Juni 2023 meluncurkan maskot bernama Si Rubo. Pemerintah Kota Bogor belum memiliki konten video yang berisikan tentang maskot Si Rubo secara khusus dan masih banyak warga baik dalam maupun luar Kota Bogor belum mengetahui kehadiran maskot. Branding maskot Si Rubo dibuat dalam bentuk video profil “Bogor Punya Maskot”. Tujuan Laporan Akhir ini untuk menjelaskan penulisan naskah dalam produksi video profil “Bogor Punya Maskot” Pemerintah Kota Bogor dan menjelaskan penerapan kreativitas penulisan naskah dalam produksi video profil “Bogor Punya Maskot” Pemerintah Kota Bogor. Penulisan naskah dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan-tahapan penulisan naskah meliputi menentukan ide, membuat basic story, membuat sinopsis, membuat treatment, dan membuat naskah. Kreativitas penulisan naskah menggunakan Teori Osborn. Dalam buku yang dikemukakan Alex Osborn yang berjudul “Applied Imagination”, Osborn mengemukakan tujuh fase atau tahap dalam proses kreatif meliputi Orientation, Preparation, Analysis, Hypothesis, Incubation, Synthesis, dan Verification. SYAMILA INSYIRA RIAPRILINY. Script Writing Creativity in the Production of the Bogor City Government's "Bogor Has a Mascot" Profile Video. Supervised by VIVIEN FEBRI ASTUTI and SISKA MULYAWATY. The Bogor City Government, right on Bogor's 541st Anniversary on June 3 2023, launched a mascot named Si Rubo. The Bogor City Government does not yet have video content specifically about the Si Rubo mascot and there are still many residents both inside and outside Bogor City who do not know about the presence of the mascot. Si Rubo's mascot branding was created in the form of a profile video "Bogor Has a Mascot". The purpose of this Final Report to explain script writing in the production of the Bogor City Government's "Bogor Has a Mascot" profile video and explain the application of script writing creativity in the production of the Bogor City Government's "Bogor Has a Mascot" profile video. Script writing is done using the stages of script writing, including determining the idea, creating a basic story, creating a synopsis, creating a treatment, and creating a script. Creativity in script writing using Osborn's Theory. In the book written by Alex Osborn entitled "Applied Imagination", Osborn stated seven phases or stages in the creative process including Orientation, Preparation, Analysis, Hypothesis, Intention, Synthesis, and Verification.
