Abstract: | Prinsip dasar dari kegiatan penyelenggaraan makanan adalah memperhatikan
hygiene dan sanitasi makanan. Kasus keracunan makanan yang terjadi pada tanggal
14 Februari 2020 di Pondok Pesantren Qomaryah yaitu ada 122 santri yang dirawat
di rumah sakit karena keracunan makanan yang disebabkan oleh personal hygiene
yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor faktor yang
berhubungan dengan personal hygiene pada food handler di Pondok Pesantren
Islam Al mukmin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan
pendekatan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh
penjamah makanan di Pondok Pesantren Islam Al mukmin. Berdasarkan hasil
analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan
yang signifikan antara faktor pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dengan penerapan
personal hygiene. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka diusulkan perlu dilakukannya
penelitian lanjutan mengenai faktor faktor lain yang mempengaruhi personal
hygiene food handler seperti faktor pemungkin dan faktor penguat agar dapat
mengembanglan penelitian di masa yang mendatang. The basic principle of food organization activities is to pay attention to food hygiene and sanitation. Acase of food poisoning that school, where 122 students were hospitalized due to food poisoning caused by poor personal hygiene. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with personal hygiene among food handlers at Al mukmin Islamic Boarding School. The type of research used is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional research approach. The sample in this study were all food handlers at Al mukmin Islamic Boarding School. Based on the results of bivariate analysis using chi square test, it shows that there is no significant relationship between knowledge, attitude and action factors with the application of personal hygiene. Based on these findings, it is suggested that further research is nedds on other factors that influence food handlers’ personal hygiene among food handlers such as enabling factors and reinforcing factors, in order to develop future research. |
