Abstract: MUHAMMAD ZAKY KUSDIAN. Pengukuran Waktu Baku Proses Packing Produk Hollow 4x4 Mesin 1 di PT XYZ. Dibimbing oleh RIZDA DWIYANTI. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur di bidang konstruksi baja metal, salah satu produknya yaitu besi hollow. Perusahaan melakukan overhaul dan upgrade pada mesin 1 untuk menjaga kualitas dan meningkatkan output produksi hollow. Perusahaan meningkatkan target produksi hingga 350 pack/shift mengikuti kapasitas mesin tanpa menambah jumlah operator dan perusahaan juga tidak memperhitungkan faktor kelonggaran operator packing, yang mengakibatkan kelelahan operator dan fluktuasi hasil produksi packing. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui target produksi dengan mempertimbangkan kelonggaran operator, maka dari itu dilakukan pengukuran waktu baku pada proses packing hollow 4x4 mesin 1 menggunakan metode stopwatch. Saran perbaikan diberikan untuk mengevaluasi nilai kelonggaran dan usulan peta kerja tangan kanan dan kiri, sehingga menghasilkan waktu baku sebesar 80,08 detik/pack dan target produksi 315 pack/shift. Evaluasi tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi kerja sebesar 22%.

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company in the metal steel construction sector, one of whose products is hollow steel. The company has undertaken an overhaul and upgrade of machine 1 to maintain quality and increase the production output of hollow products. The company has raised the production target to 350 packs per shift in line with the machine's capacity without adding more operators and has also not accounted for the slack time for packing operators, which has led to operator fatigue and fluctuations in packing production results. This study was conducted to determine the production target considering the operator's slack time, hence a measurement of the standard time for the packing process of hollow 4x4 on machine 1 was carried out using the stopwatch method. Improvement suggestions were provided to evaluate the slack value and propose a right and left-hand work map, resulting in a standard time of 80.08 seconds per pack and a production target of 315 packs per shift. This evaluation showed a 22% increase in work efficiency.
