dc.description.abstractPoliteknik Keuangan Negara STAN (PKN STAN) yang merupakan Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) di bawah Kementerian Keuangan RI dapat menyelenggarakan sebuah jasa layanan. Sejak akhir tahun 2022 Unit Bisnis PKN STAN yang bertugas dalam menjalankan serta turut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan SDM melalui penyelenggaraan berbagai program pelatihan dan Pendidikan. Dalam proses penyelenggaraan tersebut, pengajar menjadi salah satu elemen kunci yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Unit Bisnis PKN STAN selaku penyelenggara layanan kegiatan dapat memberikan Honor kepada pengajar. Unit Bisnis Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN pada tahun 2023 menghadapi masalah yaitu keterlambatan dalam pengajuan honor pengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan honor pengajar serta membuat penyusunan Standard Operating Procedures di Unit Bisnis Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian proyek akhir ini berupa pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi melalui Teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Standard Operating Procedures pengajuan honor pengajar telah disusun dan disetujui oleh pihak Unit Bisnis Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN.-
dc.description.abstractState College of Accountancy, which is a public service agency (BLU) under the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, can provide service offerings. Since the end of 2022, the Standard Operating Procedures for The Submission of Instructor Honoraria at The State College of Accountancy Business Unit has been responsible of contributing to human resource development through the organization of various training and education programs. In this process, instructors are a key element that significantly impacts the quality of learning. PKN STAN Business Unit, as the service provider, can offer honoraria to instructors. In 2023, PKN STAN Business Unit faced the issue of delays in the submission of instructor honoraria. The aim of this study is to describe the management of instructor honoraria and to develop the Standard Operating Procedures at the PKN STAN Business Unit. Data collection techniques for this final project research include observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation through qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Standard Operating Procedures for the submission of instructor honoraria have been drafted and approved by the Business Unit of Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN.-
