Abstract: TALITHA ARTANTI. Hubungan Pengetahuan, Sikap, dan Perilaku Food Safety terhadap Karakteristik Penjamah Makanan di Unit Gizi RSAU dr. M. Hassan Toto. Dibimbing oleh ANNISA RIZKIRIANI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku food safety terhadap karakteristik penjamah makanan di Unit Gizi Rumah Sakit Angkatan Udara dr. M. Hassan Toto Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan pada 1-29 Maret 2024 dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Rank Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara karakteristik jenis kelamin, usia, dan lama kerja terhadap tingkat pengetahuan, namun terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dengan pengetahuan penjamah makanan. Tidak terdapat hubungan karakteristik jenis kelamin, usia, dan lama kerja terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap, namun terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap penjamah makanan. Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara karakteristik terhadap perilaku penjamah makanan. Terdapat terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap sikap, pengetahuan terhadap perilaku, dan sikap terhadap perilaku food safety penjamah makanan.

Supervised by ANNISA RIZKIRIANI. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and food safety behavior towards the characteristics of food handlers in the Nutrition Unit of the Air Force Hospital Dr. M. Hassan Toto Bogor. The research was conducted on March 1-29, 2024 with the type of evaluation research. Data processing was done quantitatively. Data analysis was performed univariately with frequency distribution tables and bivariate analysis with the Spearman Rank test. Based on the results of the study, there was no relationship between the characteristics of gender, age, and length of work on the level of knowledge, but there was a significant relationship between education and knowledge of food handlers. There was no relationship between the characteristics of gender, age, and length of service to knowledge and attitudes, but there was a relationship between education and the knowledge and attitudes of food handlers. No relationship was found between characteristics and food handlers' behavior. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitude, knowledge and behavior.
