Abstract: | Beras merupakan komoditas pangan utama bagi Indonesia karena masyarakat mengonsumsi beras sebagai makanan pokok. Rendahnya quality control terhadap bahan pangan menyebabkan permasalahan keamanan pangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan standar keamanan pangan yaitu GMP dan SSOP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan dasar penerapan GMP dan SSOP Pelaku Usaha Beras Kota Madiun. Metode dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan melakukan analisis kesenjangan (GAP) dengan metode checklist. Analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesembilan pelaku usaha beras sudah menerapkan GMP dan SSOP dengan baik, namun terdapat penilaian terendah pada Penggilingan Padi Argo dengan skor penerapan cukup baik dengan GMP sebesar 75,5% dan SSOP sebesar 70,9%. Sementara, penilaian penerapan GMP tertinggi pada Usaha Tani Reso Gati dengan skor penerapan 89,5%, serta penerapan SSOP tertinggi pada Laraia Shop sebesar 88,5%. Rekomendasi perbaikan diberikan pada aspek GMP dan SSOP dengan persentase kumulatif kurang dari 80%. Rice is the main food commodity for Indonesia because people consume rice as a staple food. Low quality control of food ingredients causes food safety problems. Therefore, it is necessary to implement food safety standards, namely GMP and SSOP. This research aims to analyze the basic feasibility of implementing GMP dan SSOP for Rice Business Actors in Madiun City. The method is carried out by observation, interviews and conducting gap analysis (GAP) using the checklist method. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the nine rice business actors have implemented GMP and SSOP well, however there is the lowest assessment for the Argo Rice Mill with a GMP implementation score of 75.5% and SSOP 70.9%. Meanwhile, the highest GMP implementation assessment was at Reso Gati Farming Business with an implementation score of 89.5%, and the highest SSOP implementation was at Laraia Shop at 88.5%. Recommendations for improvement are given to GMP and SSOP aspects with a cumulative percentage of less than 80%. |
