Abstract: Permintaan susu di Indonesia meningkat seiring bertambahnya jumlah populasi dan kesadaran manusia terhadap pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan analisis usaha dilaksanakan di Jrami Farm, Jalan Piagam no. 14, Kebon Pedes, Kecamatan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kegiatan analisis usaha bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari pemeliharaan sapi perah, mengetahui kelayakan usaha penjualan susu segar di Jrami Farm, serta mengetahui bagaimana merancang sebuah usaha penjualan susu sapi segar di Jrami Farm melalui analisis SWOT. Metode analisis usaha penjualan susu sapi segar di Jrami Farm menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Peternakan Jrami Farm memiliki 10 ekor sapi induk laktasi yg diberi pakan 2 kali pada pagi dan sore hari yaitu dengan pakan hijauan, ampas tahu, dan konsentrat. Susu segar di Jrami Farm dijual kepada beberapa konsumen dengan harga berkisar Rp 6.600- Rp 10.000. Biaya operasional selama 4 bulan yaitu Rp 87.409.603 dengan keuntungan yang didapatkan sebesar Rp 42.151.397. Usaha penjualan susu segar di Jrami Farm dikatakan layak karna R/C Ratio lebih besar dari 1.
The demand for milk in Indonesia is increasing as the population grows and people become more aware of healthy lifestyles. The business analysis activity was carried out at Jrami Farm, Jalan Piagam no. 14, Kebon Pedes, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City, West Java Province. The business analysis activity aims to know and learn about dairy cattle rearing, know the feasibility of selling fresh milk at Jrami Farm, and know how to design a fresh cow's milk sales business at Jrami Farm through SWOT analysis. The business analysis method of selling fresh milk at Jrami Farm uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Jrami Farm has 10 lactating cows that are fed twice in the morning and evening with forage, wheat germ, and concentrate. Fresh milk at Jrami Farm is sold to several consumers with prices ranging from IDR 6.600- IDR 10.000. Operating costs for 4 months were IDR 87.409.603 with a profit of IDR 42.051.397. The business of selling fresh milk at Jrami Farm is said to be feasible because the R/C Ratio is greater than 1.
