dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) di Instalasi Gizi RS PMI Bogor. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di RS PMI Bogor dengan responden sebanyak 46 orang yang terdiri dari juru masak dan pramusaji dengan metode teknik sampel jenuh. Karakteristik responden didapatkan melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner, sedangkan kepatuhan penggunaan APD melalui observasi secara langsung. Juru masak paling patuh dalam menggunakan headcap dan apron, sedangkan pramusaji paling patuh menggunakan baju masak dan sepatu antislip. Hasil uji chi-square pada juru masak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan masker, dan antara lama bekerja dengan tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan hand gloves. Pramusaji terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan masker, dan antara riwayat penyuluhan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan masker. Rekomendasi tindak lanjut yang dapat diberikan yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualifikasi pendidikan, melakukan pelatihan, melakukan pengawasan dengan pemberian sanksi dan reward kepada juru masak dan pramusaji yang tidak patuh dalam menggunakan APD, serta rutin melakukan peremajaan APD.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to evaluate the compliance of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage in the Nutrition Installation of PMI Bogor Hospital. The study employed a cross-sectional design and was conducted at PMI Bogor Hospital with 46 respondents consisting of cooks and waiters. A saturated sampling technique was utilized. Respondent characteristics were obtained through interviews and questionnaires, while PPE compliance was assessed through direct observation. Cooks were most compliant in using headcaps and aprons, while waiters were most compliant in using chef’s coats and non-slip shoes. The chi-square test for cooks showed a significant relationship between education level and mask usage compliance, and between working experience and hand gloves usage compliance. For waiters it showed a significant relationship between gender and mask usage compliance, and between training history and mask usage compliance. The follow-up recommendations are to enhance the educational qualifications, training sessions on PPE use, monitoring system with s and rewards, regularly replace PPE.
