kelangsungan hidup lobster pasir (Panulirus homarus) yaitu pakan. Pakan buatan
pasir masih belum tersedia.
kelangsungan hidup benih lobster pasir. Puelurus lobster pasir berbobot 0,42 ± 0,01
hidup benih lobster pasir. One important factor that can influence the growth and survival of sand lobsters (Panulirus homarus) is feed. Artificial feed that can improve the growth performance and survival of sand lobsters is still not available. This study aims to evaluate the effect of adding lyso-phospholipid content in feed on the growth and survival of sand lobster seeds. Puelurus sand lobster weighing 0,42 ± 0.01 g originating from Krui, Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung was reared in a 70 x 46 x 35 cm container with a density of 16 fish/container. There were four treatments, namely adding lyso-phospholipids to the feed as much as 0; 0,5; and 1%/kg. Astaxanthin is also added to the feed to increase lobster color by 0,08%. Lobster seeds are maintained for 60 days, and fed with 30% of the biomass with a frequency of 4 times/day at 09.00, 12.00, 15.00 and 21.00 WIB. The results of the study showed that adding lyso-phospholipid content to the feed had no significant effect on the growth and survival of sand lobster seeds. |
