Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan guna memperoleh gambaran tentang beberapa segi kegiatan industri tapioka di daerah Bogor dan sekitarnya, terutama yang berkaitan dengan penanganan limbahnya. Selanjutnya secara terperinci dilakukan telaah sifat air industri tapioka yang cukup optimal, analisis sifat limbahnya baik kualitas maupun kuantitasnya, analisis berbagai perubahan sifat limbah selama proses netralisasi, telaah card pengendalian limbah yang praktis, serta kemungkinan pemanfaatan limbah padat (onggok) sebagai substrat protein sel tunggal dan biogas. |
