Lobster is a leading fishery commodity in Sukabumi Regency. Management of lobster resources in the waters of Sukabumi Regency must be adequately mapped within the social-ecological system (SES) framework. This study aims to map the connectivity between and within components of the social-ecological system of lobster fisheries in Sukabumi Regency with the components of Resources Systems (RS), Resources Units (RU), Resources Actors (RA), and Resources Governance (RG) and their interrelationships with one another to formulate a management strategy. The research was conducted from January 2023 to April 2023 in the territorial waters of Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. This research was conducted using the Social-Ecological System (SES) approach. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence and interaction between Resources Actors (RA) and Resources Units (RU) in Resources Systems (RS) but relatively negative in the framework of the Resources Governance (RG) system. Lobster resource management strategies can be carried out through good collaboration between the government and resource users to maintain the abundance of lobster resources.
