Indonesia has great potential to develop honey commodities in the international market because it is rich in natural resources, especially in the forestry sector. However, the value and volume of Indonesian honey exports in the international market and the forestry sector's contribution to GDP are still very low. This study aims to analyze market structure, competitiveness, trade position, and strategies to develop Indonesian honey exports in the international market. The analysis was carried out using the Herfindahl Index (HI), Concentration Ratio (CR4), Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and Trade Specialization Index (ISP) methods. The results of the research show that the market structure of natural honey products in the international market is in the form of monopolistic competition. Indonesia's natural honey commodity lacks competitiveness in the international market. Indonesia is also in the introduction stage and tends to become an importing country. The Indonesian government and related parties need to implement a strategy that focuses on product differentiation, production efficiency, market penetration and growth, as well as productivity and production capacity increases.
