Abstract: Produk Impor BOPET Indonesia dari tiga negara eksportir utama terbukti melakukan dumping yang merugikan industri domestik.
Indonesian BOPET Import Products from the three main exporting countries are proven to be dumping which is detrimental to the domestic industry. Therefore, the government responded by implementing an antidumping policy. This study aims to analyze the impact of dumping practices on the domestic industry and BOPET imports in Indonesia. The research uses panel data with the period 2010-2021 and seven BOPET exporting countries. The method used is descriptive analysis and gravity model. The research results show that dumping causes losses to the domestic industry in terms of price competition and market share. The results of this study indicate that the antidumping policy has no effect on the volume of BOPET imports in Indonesia. In addition, it can be shown that the national output proxied by Indonesia's real GDP and the real GDP of exporting countries has a positive and significant effect on the volume of imported BOPET products. Meanwhile, the real exchange rate variable and economic distance have a negative and significant effect.
