| Abstract: | Departemen TIN IPB merupakan lembaga yang memiliki kinerja inovasi
yang baik di IPB dengan 37 paten dari tahun 2004-2018, dan publikasi ilmiah dosen
Departemen TIN pada periode 2016-2018 mencapai 570 judul. Hal tersebut yang
melatarbelakangi Departemen TIN IPB untuk memiliki suatu unit yang
memfasilitasi transfer teknologi dan menciptakan ko-kreasi dengan UMK
Agroindustri. Dalam rangka pendirian unit tersebut diperlukan rancangan model
bisnis, proses bisnis dan analisis kelayakan pada Unit Akselerasi Inovasi. Penelitian
bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis dengan menggunakan Business Model
Canvas (BMC), menggambarkan proses bisnis dengan Business Process Model and
Notation (BPMN), dan menganalisis kelayakan pendirian unit Akselerasi Inovasi
dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran. Aspek pasar dan pemasaran yang dibahas meliputi
potensi pasar, strategi pemasaran yang dianalisis menggunakan metode segmenting,
targeting, positioning (STP), dan bauran pemasaran yang dianalisis dengan 4P
(Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Unit ini menawarkan jasa konsultasi,
pendampingan dan penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang berfokus pada UMK
Agroindustri. Target pasar dari unit ini adalah UMK di Kota dan Kabupaten Bogor
yang berjumlah 623.003 unit. Harga produk, lokasi unit, dan metode promosi
disesuaikan dengan target pasar sehingga produk lebih murah dibandingkan pesaing,
mudah untuk diakses, dan memudahkan target pasar untuk memahami produk yang
ditawarkan. TIN IPB Department is an insititution that has a good innovation performance in IPB with 37 patents from 2004-2018, and scientific publication of TIN Department lecturers in 2016-2018 period reached 570 titles. This is the background for TIN IPB Departmen to have a unit that faciltates technology transfer and generates co-creations with agroindustrial MSEs. In order to establish that unit, it is essential to design business model, business process and feasibility analysis on the innovation Acceleration Unit. The research aims to design business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), describe business processes using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and analyze the feasibility of establishing an Innovation Acceleration Unit from market and marketing aspects. The market and marketing aspects discussed include market potential, marketing strategies analyzed using segmenting, targeting, positioning (STP) merhods, and marketing mix analyzed using 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). This unit provides consulting, mentoring and training services that focus on Agroindustrial MSEs. Target market of this unit is MSEs in the City and Regency of Bogor, which total 623.003 units. Product prices, unit locations, and promotional methods adapted to target market so the product is chepaer than competitors, easy to access, and makes it easier for the targer market to understand the products offered. |
